Every person is a product of their history, upbringing, community and so on. You have been shaped by all these kind of factors. We see this in relation with the symbolical meaning of a puzzle. Smaller parts that make up the bigger picture. The smaller parts are the things that influenced you as a person, that collectively made you.

With having our focus on fashion we see a clear connection with puzzle pieces and what they use in fashion to make garments. Pattern pieces.

Pattern pieces

With researching more, and recording the violence we have experienced in the past and now we want to translate the recordings in to pattern pieces. With sewing the pattern pieces together we create a garment that symbolizes who we are and how we came to be.
